- WOR! is online!! WIDE OPEN RACING - West Coast Racing Center
WOR! is a new community based information site for all model boaters.
Based in So. California, WOR! can provide boaters from across the states access to the latest boating news. WOR! Is a centralized information center for the West Coast Boating community! On WOR!, you will find RACING EVENTS, TECH TALK in specific catagories, Messages from DISTRICT DIRECTORS, PHOTOS from the latest Races and an Online Hobby Shop featuring boating equiptment for sale from manufacturers, distributors and boaters.
The interaction of all West Coast modelers involved in model boating will help to promote, encourage and grow the model boating community! WOR! can be a useful communication center throughout the West Coast Districts! Just like an online magazine, WOR! can feature Photos of boats, Photos of racers and events and current projects being built by boaters.
WOR! provides specific catagories for each type of Model Boating! Our classified sections are separated by class of boat, engine or parts.
With a large forum for discussions on many topics, boaters can post a topic, ask a question or share information about anything involving model boating.!
There is a forum thread to share a racing story, or recall a former boater who you would like to recognize. You can select a decade and share something about a person who influenced you into model boating!
In order to post on the WOR! forums, you must register with the site, then check your email for verification. The Site admin will also activate your account so if you dont recieve an email confirmation, try to login and see if the admin authorized the account.
If you are NEW to model boating, the WOR! board can be a great tool to have all your questions answered. On the WOR! board, you can find out about clubs, insurance, lakes, races and best of all, you can search for boats, engines and all the other things you would need to begin your model boating experience!! You will have to register on the WOR! board in order to post on the forums. On WOR!, you can post any question you have about model boating and the community will provide you with all the information you will need. Register today!

Mission Statement
WOR!'s goal is to provide the best community based information center for all model boaters. By utilizing the vast resources of the established model boaters in three NAMBA districts, WOR! can be a great tool for the new boater to locate as much information about the hobby as possible.
Better than a magazine, WOR!'s online availability allows for instant communication to all boaters. With a large gallery of pictures potential, WOR! can provide photos of almost every type of model boat running today.
WOR!'s ablility to feature the many aspects of model boating gives it the edge over a typical hobby shop or any published magazine.
WOR! will provide the latest race news, the lastest race schedules, the latest race photos and a large collection of boating equiptment for sale for all three districts on the West Coast. (Dist's 8, 9, 19)
WOR! will stride to promote model boat racing by providing the support of knowledge and the integrity of years of model boating experience.
Together, we can make the WOR! board the primary source of information on the West Coast!
